Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any of your goods, We will try to solve your problem:
Please send us an email and send them back to us to at the address you will receive back. The return maybe send back within 14 ( fourteen ) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact. We will replace the item(s) or give you a full refund.
We recommend that all returned garments are sent by registered post or courier in suitable packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Underwear returns
Please note that returns on certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for obvious hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website. Therefore, please ensure that products of Magic are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this is not the case. Silicon products and other products which had direct contact with the skin may NOT be returned.
